Our green hopped beer “Plymhop Ale” is ready! Made with hops grown right here in Plymstock, a local gardener harvests them when the conditions in September are favourable and we brew with them the very next day. Although the recipe in terms of the malt and bittering hops remains the same, the flavours and aromas from the green hops will be slightly different each year depending on the weather conditions when they are growing and ripening. The beer has an ABV of 4.3% and is available in 500ml bottles, pins and firkins now!
