CELLAR VEE 3.7%

Available all year

Launched in June 1997 to meet the demand for a lower gravity beer. The name allows the customer to call the beer by a name of his choice. Mid brown in colour, full of crystal malt and hop flavours, malty taste with a hint of malt and hops aromas. The mouth feel belies it’s strength. Supreme Champion Cornwall CAMRA Beer Fest, 2001.

 
HOPSCOTCH 4.1% Pump Clip
Available all year.

Introduced in 1999 to fill the gap between Cellar Vee and Best Bitter, now a popular guest beer on the circuit, light to mid brown with malt flavours and hoppy undertones. A pleasant session bitter

 
BEST BITTER 4.3% Pump Clip Available All Year.

Supreme Champion and Class Winner at the 1993 S.I.B.A. (SW) Maltings Beer Festival, also has featured in the House of Commons bars. A mid brown bitter with a fine crystal malt and hops character, a full malt flavour in the mouth and aromas of rich malts, nuts and hops.

 
TAMAR 4.3% Pump Clip Available All Year.

A secondary hopped version of our Best Bitter, giving a more pronounced hop taste and aroma.

 
WHISTLE BELLY VENGEANCE 4.7%   Pump Clip

Another of our beers which has featured in the House of Commons. A dark ruby beer full of dark malt character, aromas of rich dark malt and hops, the mouth is dominated with hops, dark malt and liquorice.

 
INDIANA’S BONES 5.6% Pump Clip

Oct - Apr

Launched November 93 as our Winter Ale. Champion Beer at the Plymouth CAMRA Winter Beer Festival 94 and Reserve Champion at the Great British Beer Festival 94, Old and Strong Ales. Runner Up, Plymouth CAMRA Festival 96. A rich dark winter warmer, soft chocolate in the mouth with characteristic Goldings aromas.

A rich tasting dark beer with combined flavours of Malt and Roasted Barley and hop undertones provided by Goldings and First Gold hops.

Mid brown in colour. Aromas of dark malt and hops with a slight hint of liquorice.

Light in colour, brewed with lager malt with a hoppy aftertaste.

 
WINTER WARMER 4.6%  Pump Clip

Occasional Brew.

A ruby coloured beer full of roast malt and fruit. A sweet taste gives a roasted and faintly bitter finish. Full bodied and very drinkable.

 

NINJA BEER 5% Pump Clip

Occasional Brew.
